Section 46(1)(c) in Andhra Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 1999

(c)The Commission may issue or authorise the Secretary or an Officer to issue directions to any person to produce before it and allow to be examined and kept by an Officer of the Commission specified in this behalf the books accounts, etc., or to furnish to an Officer information, etc., as provided in sub-section (2) of Section 10 of the Act.
