Section 1(4) in Uttarakhand Water Management and Regulatory Act, 2013
(4)The provisions of this Act shall apply notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in Northern India Canal and Drainage Act, 1873 or the Uttar Pradesh Water Supply and Sewerage Act, 1975 (as implemented in the State of Uttarakhand) or in any other law for the time being in force.
