As prayed for, time till 10th January, 2010 is granted to take steps for fresh service of notice upon respondents no. 1 to 3 by ordinary process as well as by registered cover with acknowledgement due at their present and correct address.

In addition, liberty is granted to learned counsel for the appellants to take Dasti Summon and get it served upon the respondents as one of the respondents is said to be a practicing advocate of this Court.

Rule returnable date is extended suitably.
