Section 71 in Goa Co-operative Societies Rules, 2003
71. Withdrawal of candidature.
(1)Any candidate may withdraw his candidature by application in writing and deliver it personally to the Returning Officer within the stipulated time as specified in the election programme.(2)No candidate who has given an application for withdrawal of his candidature shall be allowed to withdraw his application.
