Section 2(c) in The Punjab Backward Classes Land Development and Finance Corporation Act, 1976
(c)"Backward Classes Organisation" means a firm registered under the Partnership Act, 1932, a society registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860, or a co-operative society registered under the Punjab Co-operative Societies Act, 1961, all the partners or members whereof, as the case may be, belong to Backward Classes;
