Section 97H(1) in The Himachal Pradesh Panchayati Raj Act, 1994
(1)The recommendations of the Gram Sabha, made in such manner as may be prescribed, shall be taken into consideration prior to grant of prospecting license or mining lease, for minor minerals in the scheduled areas.
