% 04.08.2021 The proceedings in the matter have been conducted through video conferencing.
1. Issue notice. Mr. Udian Sharma, learned counsel, accepts notice for the respondents.
2. The petitioner challenges the decision of the Northern Regional Committee ["NRC"] of the National Council for Teacher Education ["NCTE"] to issue a show cause notice to it. The decision was taken at the meeting of the NRC held on 08-09.07.2021. The same issue is pending in several other petitions before this Court, which are next listed on 16.09.2021.
3. In view of the interim orders passed in those cases, the respondents are directed not to take any precipitate steps against the petitioner Signature Not Verified Digitally Signed By:SHITU NAGPAL Signing Date:05.08.2021 17:36:41 W.P.(C)7703/2021 Page 1 of 2 pursuant to the decision taken in the aforesaid meeting.
