Section 28(1) in U.P. Jagadguru Rambhadracharya Handicapped University Act, 2001
(1)The first Ordinances shall be made by the Jagadguru Rambhadracharya Sansthan and the Ordinances so made shall be submitted to the State Government for its approval, which may, within two months from the date of receipt of the first Ordinances, give its approval with or without modification.
