21. Postponement of Examination.
- When the day fixed for examination to be held according to the provisions of rule 19, is declared as a gazetted holiday or when for any other unforseen reason, an examination can not be held on the specified date, the Chairman may fix some other date for holding the examination and the same shall be duly notified for the information of the candidates for examination.V-Certificate
