Section 6 in National Law University of Uttarakhand Act, 2011
6. Teaching in the University.
(1)All recognised teaching in connection with the degrees, diplomas and certificates of the University shall be conducted under the control of the Governing Council by the teachers of the University in accordance with such syllabus as may be prescribed.(2)The courses, curricula and the authorities responsible for organising such teaching shall be such as may be prescribed.
