(3)The amount of rent fixed by the Collector under sub section (2) may be questioned by petition presented to the Board of Revenue within three months of the date of the publication of the order under the said sub section but subject to the result of such petition, the order of the Collector fixing the amount of rent under sub section (2) shall be final and shall not be liable to be questioned in any court of law:Provided, however, that the Board of Revenue shall have power on sufficient grounds to entertain a petion presented after expiration of the period of three months.
