(1)Any person aggrieved by an order of the Authority refusing to grant or renew a certificate of registration or revoking or suspending the certificate of registration under the provisions of this Act, may file an appeal before the Appellate Authority, who shall be the Minister in-charge of the Department of Animal Husbandry, Madhya Pradesh.(2)The Appellate Authority shall, after giving a reasonable opportunity of being heard to the applicant, decide the appeal, as expeditiously as possible, but within three months.
