(7)The Selection Committee shall, having regard to the need for securing due representation of the candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and other categories in accordance with sub-rule (6), prepare a list of selected candidates arranged in order of seniority and forward the same to the Joint Director.
