Section 61(6)(a) in The Tripura Co-operative Societies Rules, 1976

(a)The Election Officer who received the nomination papers shall maintain a register in which all nomination papers shall be entered chronologically as soon as they are received and acknowledge the receipt, if demanded. No nomination paper shall be entered after specified date and time.
