Issue of eligibility of the petitioner for the post of Radiographer is sub-judice before the Himachal Pradesh Administrative Tribunal in Original Application No.7467 of 2018 filed by him. observed and rightly so, that the result of the selection of petitioner shall be kept in sealed cover without prejudice to the selection process .

and subject to final outcome of the Original Application. The rights of the petitioner have thus been duly protected. The case is now fixed before the Tribunal on 26.2.2019. No interference with the order is called for except to request the Tribunal to decide the Original Application expeditiously as soon as the pleadings are complete.

Ordered accordingly.

The petition stands disposed of in above terms, so also pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
