10. Miscellaneous.
(1)If any question arises as to the interpretation of these regulations, the same shall be decided by the Board.(2)The Board may at any time effect appropriate modifications in these regulations.(3)The Board may issue guidelines consistent with the Act to meet the objective of these regulations as deemed fit.
