(3)[ Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this section, the campus of the Bengal Veterinary College, Calcutta, at Belgachia, which stands transferred to and vests in the University on and from the appointed day, shall continue to vest in the University till the Faculty of Veterinary and Animal Sciences is finally transferred from the campus of the Bengal Veterinary College, Calcutta, at Belgachia to the campus of the University; and upon such transfer, the campus of the Bengal Veterinary College, Calcutta, at Belgachia shall stand transferred to and vest in the State Government in the Department of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Services] [Sub-section(3) inserted by W.
