Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of
India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call
for the records pertaining to order dated 05.05.2006 passed by the 1st
respondent herein and quash the same as illegal and discriminatory
and further direct the 1st respondent to include the name of the
petitioner in the “Check Off System” for the period of 2006 to 2008.
