Section 8(1) in The Rajasthan Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2009
(1)A person shall be disqualified for being a member of the State Advisory Committee-(i)if he is of unsound mind and stands so declared by a competent court;(ii)if he is an undischarged insolvent; or(iii)if he has been convicted of an offence which, in the opinion of the State Government, involves moral turpitude.
