Section 24(1) in The Chhattisgarh Madhyastham Adhikaran Adhiniyam, 1983
(1)The Tribunal in relation to any reference or legal proceeding before it shall be deemed to be Civil Court and any reference or legal proceeding before it shall be deemed to be a judicial proceeding, for the purposes of any offence affecting administration of justice in so far as it is connected with such reference or legal proceeding.
