Section 1 in Nims University Rajasthan, Jaipur Act, 2008
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Nims University Rajasthan, Jaipur Act, 2008.(2)It extends to the (whole of the State of Rajasthan.(3)It shall be deemed to have come into force on and from 19th January, 2008.
