Section 248(1) in Criminal Courts - Rules and Orders
(1)The attention of the Courts is invited to the provisions of Sections 545 and 546-A of the Code which empower the Courts in certain cases to order the payment of certain expenses or compensation out of a fine and to order payment of certain fees paid by a complainant.
