Section 21(1) in Punjab Urban Planning and Development Authority Building Rules, 2013
(1)Each residential building intended for the use of a single family shall, in addition to living room or rooms, have at least;(a)One kitchen or kitchen above; and(b)One bath room or an enclosed or open bathing platform and water closet; or(c)One toilet comprising of a bathroom and a water closet
