Section 32(1)(xiii) in The Chhattisgarh Motor Vehicles Rules, 1994

(xiii)shall not loiter or unduly delay upon any journey but shall proceed to his destinatio n as near as may be in accordance with the time table pertaining to the vehicle or where there is no such time table with all reasonable despatch;
