(1)There shall be a Finance Committee of the University which shall consist of such members, exercise such powers and perform such functions as may be prescribed by the Statutes.(2)The annual accounts, the annual financial estimates of the University and the proposals for the revision of pay scales and grades shall be considered and examined by the Finance Committee before being submitted to the Board of Management.(3)The Finance Committee shall do such other acts in such manner as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
