This court vide order dated 13.03.2019 had issued card notice to the petitioner to engage another counsel as his counsel had died. As per service report dated 12.04.2023, notice was returned back with the remark that recipient is dead.
Today, when the case is taken up, Dr. Krishna Singh, learned Standing Counsel appears for the State but no one appears for the legal heirs of the petitioner as the petitioner has already died.
Accordingly the present petition is dismissed as abated.
