(2)Where an internal combustion engine is located within thirty metre of any well, separator or storage tank -(a)its exhaust pipe shall be insulated or sufficiently cooled and the end of the exhaust pipe shall be directed away from the well head; and(b)its exhaust manifold shall be shielded to prevent its contact with liquid or gas which might otherwise fall on it.
