- If the school is closed within five years from the payment of the grant, and if the grant exceeded Rs. 200 it shall be at the option of Government to purchase the articles at a valuation, deducting from the price an amount calculated on the proportion which the grant bore to the original cost.(Government notification no, 194-E., dated the 29th January 1915.)Section XMiscellaneous
