(2)In section 12, in sub-section (2), for the words "every District school board" substituted the words "such taluka panchayats in a district or as the case may be, such district panchayat as the State Government may determine having regard to the distribution of powers, functions and duties between taluka panchayats and district panchayat under "the said order".
