30. Amendment of U.P. Act 14 of 1940. -
In the Uttar Pradesh Regulation of Agricultural Credit Act, 1940 clauses (1), (3) to (5) and (7) to (13) of Section 2, Sections 3 to 7 and 10 to 35 shall be omitted.
