Section 789(2) in Rules of the High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan, 1952
(2)When the Court has pronounced its opinion under section 14(2) of the Act, a copy thereof shall foe sent to the arbitrators of umpire making the reference and they shall have such opinion added to and made part of the award.
