W. P. No.9129 (W) of 2016
Ananya Ghosh
v.
The State of West Bengal & Ors.
18.05.16 Mr. Bidyut Kr. Halder ... for the petitioner.
Sl-37
(S.R.)
Affidavit of service filed by the petitioner be kept on record.
The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that
reliefs have been prayed for in the writ application placing reliance
upon a judgment dated 26th February, 2010 passed in W. P. 23077 (W)
of 2009 and a judgment dated 12th April, 2011 passed in appeals
preferred against the orders of disposal of the writ applications in terms
of the judgment and order dated 29th June, 2010 passed in W.P.
No.2580 (W) of 2010 (Tumpa Roy -vs- State of West Bengal and
others).
It has been pointed out that I appeared on behalf of the State
respondents in the writ application, being W. P. 23077 (W) of 2009
(Hiranmoy Bhowmik and others -vs- The State of West Bengal and others) and in the appeals disposed of by the judgment dated 12th April, 2011 and also in the writ application, being W. P. 2580 (W) of 2010 (Tumpa Roy -vs- State of West Bengal and others).
In view of such facts, this Court is not inclined to hear this writ application and the same is, accordingly, released from my list. 2 The petitioner would be at liberty to take necessary steps for assignment of the matter before the appropriate Hon'ble Court.
