O R D E R:(Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice M.S.Ramachandra Rao) Counsel for the petitioners had filed a Memo on 22.10.2019 stating that he has been instructed by his clients to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to file afresh Writ Petition challenging the order passed under section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002. This request is also reiterated in the Court.
2. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn grant liberty as sought for. No order as to costs.
3. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand closed.
