(2)Words and expressions used in these Bihar Taxi Aggregator Policy and not defined herein shall have the same meanings respectively assigned to them in the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989 and Bihar Motor Vehicles Rules, 1992 shall have the meaning assigned to them therein.
