Section 72R(1)(a) in Kerala Land Reforms Act, 1963

(a)where such vesting is under Sub-section (2) of Section 59 or Sub-section (2) of Section 72P, from the date on which such right, title and interest are deemed to have vested in the cultivating tenant; and
