Section 1 in Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission (Fees, Fines and Charges) Regulations, 2019
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)These regulations may be called the Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission (Fees, Fines and Regulations, 2019.(2)These Regulations extend to the whole of the State of Bihar.(3)These Regulations shall come into the force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
