BANATWALLA (PONNANI): Sir, I beg to move for leave to introduce a Bill to provide for prevention of, and for dealing with, dereliction of duty by public functionary or public servant in communal riots, of the crime of genocide and of contemptuous imputations and for matters connected therewith.
