50J. Restriction on power of manager to grant lease of trust property.
- Except in accordance with rules made or instructions issued in this behalf by the Court, the manager shall not grant a lease of any trust property for a term exceeding 9 years from the date of the execution of the lease and without reserving the best yearly rent that can be reasonably obtained.
