343. Appointment of Tree Officer.
- The State Government shall appoint one or more forest officers not below the rank of an Assistant Conservator of Forests as Tree Officer for the territorial limits of a Municipal Corporation. every Tree Officer shall exercise jurisdiction over the whole or such part of the areas of the Municipal Corporation as the Government may from time to time determine.
