Section 11(1) in Jammu and Kashmir Juvenile Justice Rules, 2007
(1)Rewards to the juveniles, at such rates as may be fixed by the management of the institution from time to time, may be granted by the Officer-in-Charge/Superintendent of Homes as an encouragement to steady work and good behaviour.
