Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the question of law raised in the present petition has also been raised by the similarly situated employees in CWP-5917-2020 titled as Vinod Kumar vs. State of Haryana and another, which writ petition has already been decided by this Court vide order dated 21.12.2023 and prays that the present petition may kindly be disposed of in the same terms.
Learned counsel for the respondents raises no objection to the said prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner.
Keeping in view the said fact, present petition is disposed of in terms of the order passed by this Court in CWP-5917-2020 titled as Vinod Kumar vs. State of Haryana and another, decided on 21.12.2023.
