Section 32(2) in Punjab Market Committees Bye-laws
(2)The Chairman or the Secretary of the Committee or any other person authorised by it in this behalf may take samples of any produce against a receipt granted for the same. No person shall refuse or otherwise obstruct in taking such samples.
