Section 14(2) in The Bombay Forward Contracts Control Act, 1947
(2)On the date on which an association is recognised under Section 3 in any area in respect of cotton, the Bombay Options in Cotton Prohibition Act, 1939(Bombay XXV of 1939), shall cease to have force in such area.
