Section 19(1) in The Punjab Khadi and Village Industries Board Act, 1955
(1)The Government may transfer to the Board building, land or any other property, moveable or immoveable, for use and management by the Board on such condtions and limitations as the Government may deem fit, for the purposes of this Act.
