87. Notice to be given to holder of revenue-free estate. -
Notice of such order shall also be given by the Collector to the holder of the said revenue-free estate, and such notice shall require him to pay annually, and he shall thereupon be bound to pay to the holder of such other estate road cess and public works cess at the full rates which may be fixed under this Act for the levy of the said cesses respectively in the district generally for each year.
