Section 9(1) in Establishment of New Medical College, Opening of New or Higher Course of Study or Training and Increase of Admission Capacity by a Medical College Regulations, 2019
(1)The Central Government on the recommendation of the Central Council and after submission of security deposit by the applicant, shall issue a Letter Of Permission to set up a new Medical College or to open new course or to increase intake capacity with such conditions or modifications in the original proposal as may be considered necessary.
