Section 319 in The City of Panaji Corporation Act, 2002
319. Letting loose horse or other animals.
- Whoever willfully or negligently lets loose any horse or other animal so as to cause, or negligently allows any horse or other animal to cause injury, danger, alarm or annoyance to any person or damage to property, shall be punishable with fine which may extend to five thousand rupees.
