1. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that he has served the original complainant i.e., respondent No.1. He has filed affidavit of service.
2. As per order dated 13.08.2018 passed by this Court, a Court notice is required to be issued by the registry, however, it appears that the notice is not issued through Court. Therefore, the learned counsel for the applicant is directed to furnish copies of the application and the relevant documents to the registry to enable them to issue notice to Trupti 1/2 ::: Uploaded on - 12/03/2019 ::: Downloaded on - 13/03/2019 01:32:35 ::: 7-apl-692-2018.doc respondent No.1/ original complainant. Those documents are to be furnished in the registry on or before 14.03.2019.
