Section 1(d) in Rules under the Pharmacy Act, 1948
(d)"Registrar" means the Registrar of the Bihar Pharmacy Council and in the case of the first election under clause (a) of Section 19 or Section 23 or Section 27, the Registrar of the Registration Tribunal appointed under sub-section (1) of Section 30.
