1. Notwithstanding the defects pointed out by the Registry not being rectified, we hold that the appeal filed is not maintainable inasmuch as the impugned order dated 25.3.2017 has been passed by consent.
2. The order records that the counsel for the appellant agreed that the claim in the writ petition was covered by a judgment passed by the Supreme Court in SLP (C) (2 of 2) [SAW-1186/2017] No.35394/2013 Hanuman Singh Vs. RSRTC & Anr., decided on 21.4.2016.
